Project 9: Excel Charts

Charts are versatile in organizing lists of information. Charts compliment tables of information, so the person viewing the document will understand much more.

I could have represented a better chart by adding more subject fields in my table and chart.

Project 8: Styling Your Document

Using styles in a document makes the paper catchy to the reader's eyes. It also presents ideas with concrete images to give the reader a visual description. Using styles can also organize lists of information such as tables, graphs, and table of contents.
I could have done better by using more styles and useful information on my paper. I just put random information to display the uses of the styles.

Project 2 & 3: Mail Merge with Letter and Flyer

Mail Merge allows me to send files or letters to my recipients without having to put in the all the names and addresses of the recipients. Instead, i make a list of recipients with different fields such as name, city, state, address... Mail Merge makes it easier to insert the names and addresses of the recipients into my documents.

I could have done better by using mail addresses instead of email addresses.

Project 1: Party Flyer

I chose good pictures for this flyer, but i could have made it better
by cutting off parts of the pictures to have more available workable space.
